Gloucestershire Health and Care Covid Test Booking Confirmation

 

Welcome to the Covid Testing Team booking confirmation site. You have been directed to this page because a Covid testing appointment has been booked for you. The date and time of your test is in the email and text message that you have received.

Below are all the details of how to attend your appointment, as well as the option to request a new appointment if you are unable to attend for any reason. Please note, your test can only go ahead if you confirm all three statements below.

The easiest way to find us is to look up Gloucestershire Health and Care on Google Maps and this will direct you straight to our car park. If you have any problems finding us, please call us on the number below.

When you arrive at our site, the car park barrier will be open, so please drive straight in. Following the yellow signs (picture 1 below) around the car park, where you will see a large white marquee on the left-hand side (picture 2 below). Opposite this are patient waiting bays (picture 3 below). Please pull into any available bay, stay in your car, and call 0300 421 8467. We will then talk you through the next steps of your test. Please note: only use this number to contact us on arrival or if you are having problems finding us. Appointments cannot be changed by using this number. 

Please bring a form of ID with you – this could be a hospital letter.

You should be self-isolating 3 days before your procedure. No news is good news – once you have had your Covid test, if you don’t receive a result, then your test result was negative and you can go ahead with your procedure as planned.
