²gether volunteers are required to undertake all mandatory training. These training requirements are listed in the volunteer role description.
Volunteers are important to us and we therefore want to make sure we select the right person for the volunteer role and ensure that the role meets the volunteer’s expectations.
This means that there will be a selection and screening process. If your application is successful then you will be invited to take part in an informal telephone interview.
If your telephone interview is successful you will be invited to a face to face informal interview with the recruiting manager.
All volunteer roles are subject to references and the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
