School Nursing drop-ins

This may be a health worry like achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, relationships and sexual health, emotional and mental health, smoking, drugs, alcohol, immunisations, keeping safe and many other things. Everything that a student says to a School Nurse is confidential and private and not discussed with school staff unless this is agreed with the student, or there is a significant risk of harm.

Your School Nurse will usually hold the drop-in on the same day every week but sometimes a day and time may need to be changed at short notice.  It is advisable to check with your school Reception or Pastoral Support team to find out when the School Nurse is next due to visit.

If a student would prefer not to see a School Nurse face-to-face, a digital platform called Attend Anywhere can be used – just call a School Nurse to book an appointment. Alternatively, all students can text a School Nurse using ChatHealth if preferred.
