Homeless Healthcare Team
and Special Allocation Scheme
There is a recognised population of homeless people and families across the county who find it difficult to access primary health care because of their circumstances and lifestyle.
Our Homeless Healthcare Team provides treatment and support to people and families who find it difficult to access GP care because they do not have a permanent address or because of their circumstances and lifestyle.
Healthcare Services
A nurse is available for general health issues, including telephone advice, Monday to Friday 9:30am – 1pm, 2pm – 4pm.
There are also GP clinics Monday to Friday 9:30am – 12:30pm.
Clinics are run on both a bookable and drop-in basis. If you want to be sure to see a doctor or nurse, please call 0300 421 5773 or give your name at reception on arrival. Please contact us before 11am to ensure that you are seen.
