Our Five Year Focus

We’re excited to launch Our Five Year Focus – our bold new strategic plan to shape better health and care services for our communities across Gloucestershire.

This plan has been built together – with insight and ideas from colleagues across the Trust, our partners, and the communities we serve. A huge thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts and helped shape our vision for the future.

Our Five Year Focus sets out:

  • Why we’re here – our purpose and the difference we aim to make
What we’ll do – our priorities for the next five years
How we’ll do it – the values, partnerships, and actions that will bring it to life

Launching the strategy is the start but it’s now about making it happen. We will use this opportunity to help us be clear about what is important as we plan, design and deliver services for the people of Gloucestershire.
