Stroud’s Princess Anne Unit’s refurbishment

The theatres and endoscopy units at Stroud General Hospital’s Princess Anne Unit are reopening next week after some major refurbishment work.

Some endoscopy and theatre activity took place at other sites over the past six weeks to enable the renovation, which included new washers and dryers for our Endoscopy patients, some electrical work and improved airflow, new operating lights, renovation of the air handling unit and the whole unit has been redecorated with colleagues across the unit influenced the choice of colours, as Theatre Endoscopy and Day Surgery Manager Sev Vincent explains in this clip:
