We are participating in a research study providing online support for carers of people with psychosis.

The study, called COPe (Carers for People with Psychosis E-Support) is being run by St George’s University of London.

There are 10 sites participating nationally, and we are able to offer the opportunity to carers in both Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.

Participants can be carers in any capacity –  siblings, parents, partners, other relatives or friends. They do not need to be co-habiting with the person experiencing psychosis. Carers do need to be 18 or above, living in England, able to communicate in English and have regular access to the internet – through laptop, PC or phone.

The study will evaluate an online resource providing peer support, information on psychosis and ways for carers to look after themselves. Participants will receive £30 in total for their time.
