¬≤gether NHS Foundation Trust's Council of Governors is holding a formal meeting on Tuesday 19 January and everyone is welcome to attend.

The meeting is held in public and is chaired by the Trust’s Chair, Ruth FitzJohn DL.

Trust Governors have an important role in our Trust: they reflect the views of Trust members, appoint the Trust Chair, promote and support the Trust’s strategy, hold the Board’s Non-Executive Directors to account and help the Trust to decide its future direction.

One of the key functions of the Council meeting is for Governors to receive and respond to information presented by the Trust’s Executives, Non-Executives and other colleagues to help provide assurance about the Trust's performance.

The meeting will take place:

Date: Tuesday 19 January 2016 at 10:30 – 12:30

Venue: The Business Continuity Room, Trust HQ, Rikenel.

Papers for the meeting can be requested by contacting Anna Hilditch, Assistant Trust Secretary on 01452 894165.
