Service users, Carers, local organisations and the public are invited to add a date to their diary and attend ²gether NHS Foundation Trust’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Date: Thursday  20 September 2012
Venue: The Cory Room, Coots, Gloucester Docks, GL1 2EH
Time: 5.00 – 7.00pm

Tea and coffee will be available from 4.30pm.

²gether NHS Foundation Trust provides our local mental and social healthcare services including learning disability and substance misuse services in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. 

The meeting will reflect on the Trust’s activities, challenges and achievements over the 2011/12 financial year. The Trust will also outline plans for the year ahead that seek to continue to improve services and the quality of care we provide.
