Team of the Week – Charlton Lane Hospital

January 27, 2022

Charlton Lane is based in the spa town of Cheltenham and provides specialist assessment, treatment and care for older people with functional mental health problems as well as people with dementia. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and was designed using guidance from the international experts in dementia and environments at Stirling University – it’s a great place to work and receive care.

Charlton Lane has three main wards – these are Chestnut, Mulberry and Willow. It also has a family suite and a therapy department which includes an arts room and physiotherapy room.  Each ward has access to communal and private sensory gardens.

It’s a caring, compassionate and friendly team including receptionists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, porters, facilities assistants, nurses, student nurses and doctors.
