What matters to you? Supporting you in your community

July 17, 2017

We are running an event (flyer attached here) where we want to hear from local people about what it’s like to grow older and live with a health condition in their communities. We also want to explore “what is frailty?” and find out how health, social and community services can support local people, particularly those registered at the following practices:

College Yard Surgery

Churchdown Surgery

Longlevens Surgery

Cheltenham Road Surgery

Hucclecote Surgery

Gloucester Health Access Centre

Brockworth Surgery

The event which will be taking place between 10.30am – 1.30 pm on Friday 21 July at Churchdown Community Centre, Gloucester, GL3 2JH. Lunch will be provided and transport can be arranged.

If require any further information about this event or if you would like to confirm your attendance then please telephone 0300 421 8265 or email rachel.merchant@glos-care.nhs.uk.
